This Pre-Construction Coordinator role is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a progressive, family-run SME based in Shrewsbury.

Within this role you will be responsible for providing technical direction/supervision and support to colleagues, sub-contractors and clients for the installation of canopies and outdoor structures. 

The Role

The Pre-Construction Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to manage, in collaboration with the Operations team, the successful completion of assigned projects.  The Pre-Construction Coordinator is the lead for pre-project arrangement, client relations and project advancement.  Reporting to the Commercial Team, the role will require weekly and monthly reporting, commercial awareness and key decision making.  In summary, the Pre-Construction Coordinator ensures the smooth transition from Sales to Operations, continuing to track each project to successful completion.

In return, as Pre-Construction Coordinator you will receive a salary of between £32k to £36k per annum.  Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (flexibility will be needed to support site activity and some travelling).
