This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Advisor to join a forward-thinking Renewable Energy company to contribute to their continued growth. 

You will be managing sales leads for private residential households. You will receive a range of benefits which include a monthly bonus, mileage allowance, company tablet / phone and 32 days holiday a year.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Improving the conversion rates of sales leads provided by the company, by attending pre-arranged appointments
  • Improving customer relations.
  • Conducting sales appointments, acting as a consultant to advise on the best solutions for the customer and property.
  • Completing electronic sales surveys with photographic evidence obtained during sales appointments.
  • Creating proposals using company software, allowing for integration to Sales CRM.
  • Meeting KPIs by ensuring appointments times are kept, targets achieved, CRM maintained, turnaround time for issuing proposals and conducting follow-ups to close.
  • Conducting frequent follow up calls and emails to convert sales.
  • Maintaining CRM pipeline with communications
  • Forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales across each business stream and department.
  • Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

We are looking for a Renewable Energy Sales Advisor who has the following skills and experiences:

  • A background of Renewable Energy technologies, to include Solar PV, Air Source Heat Pumps, EV Charging, Battery Storage and Underfloor heating
  • Previous field sales/account experience.
  • Technically strong minded, with an understanding of heating systems, electrical or similar
  • I.T literate with experience in MS Office packages and sales CRM systems
  • Proactive to achieve results with the ability to build solid relationships with both B2B and B2C clients.
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Remuneration:

  • Basic salary: £30,000 DOE (OTE is uncapped) £60,000
  • Annual Leave: 32 days inclusive of statutory and Christmas shut down
